A. 43 y/o #32 is erupted to occlusal plane but distal is impacted in ramus and there is enlargement of the follicle distally. Pre and postop you can see clearly that there was no room left distal to the 2nd molars for another tooth this patient's complaint was pain in the lower third molar region his diagnosis was pericoronitis.
