82 year old female, multiple implants, mini sinus lift, onlay bone graft, now she can chew whatever she wants.

2. Front teeth were also mobile so a wire was used to stabilize, implant placed
3. Models made from impressions with blue stone and a reproduction of the implant (3 pictures)

Nobel Direct implant #10 with interim prosthesis in braces

1. Preop panorex of tooth lost due to resorption from impacted canine
2. The orthodontist placed a temporary tooth on her braces where the tooth was missing
3. Stone models are used for surgical planning and to produce a surgical guide which is used to make the placement of the implant more accurate
4. The bone was spread using osteotome bone spreaders. A small incision is made and a pilot hole drilled. Bone is preserved and instead of drilling more the bone is spread to the size of the implant
5. Implant in place
6. Implant hidden by temporary tooth which was adjusted and placed back onto the braces. This will stay in place until the implant is healed and the permanent crown is placed.
